White Chicken

Ingredients: Chicken: 1 kg Crushed Onions: 4 pecs Salt: as per taste Green Chilli (Crushed): 15 to 20 pecs Ginger Garlic: 2 tablespoons Yogurt: 1 cup Fresh Cream: 1 cup Oil: 1/2 cup Crushed White Chilli: 1 teaspoon Method First heat oil in a saucepan. When heated, add chicken and fry until it is golden brown. Transfer fried chicken in another pot. Now fry ground onions in the same oil until it becomes golden brown. When onions turn golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and roast for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add crushed green chilli and cook for 2 minutes. Now add fried chicken and salt. Cook well. Then add yogurt and fresh cream, mix and let it cook more. When yogurt liquid is dried, lower the heat and cover pan. See if oil starts appearing, add ground white chili and steam-cook (dam) for 1 minute. Scrumptious chicken white karahi is ready to serve.

Chicken Kahari

 Ingredients *1 kilo chicken * 2 tsp ginger paste * 2 tsp garlic paste  (salt according to your  taste) * 1 tsp freshly crushed black peeper * 1/2 tsp red chilli powder *5-6 tomatoes (medium size) *3-4 whole green chillies *4 tbs oil  Method *The dish is best cooked in a work (karhai) but you can use a regular pot if you don't have a work.  *Add the chicken in the pot which garlic and ginger and leave the medium  heat for the water to dry. *When the chicken has softened everything ,including the oil ,excpect green chillies &tomatoes. *Increase the hear to dry water if any then added green chillies & tomatoes. *Lower the heat and cooked covered for 5 minutes. *Then when the tomatoes have softened,increase the heat and evaporate all the water. *The end result should be very little gravy.serve with naan.           Your tasty Dish is Ready to eat.
